Montgomery Sky Farm × WILD Goods | Sunday, December 6 | 5–7 PM

Join us at Montgomery Sky Farm for a one-night-only culinary experience celebrating the extraordinary flavors of WILD Goods Appalachian truffles.

In collaboration with Luke Gilbert of WILD Goods, a Western North Carolina–based foraging company specializing in wild ingredients, Chef Taylor Montgomery presents an intimate, five-course Chef’s Table inspired by the season’s truffles. This exclusive evening brings together the art of foraging and the creativity of farm-driven cuisine, exploring the depth, aroma, and remarkable character of one of winter’s most coveted ingredients.

Each course is thoughtfully composed to highlight the Appalachian truffles alongside the seasonal ingredients and culinary perspective that define Montgomery Sky Farm. Wine and non-alcoholic beverage pairings are included, creating a complete dining experience rooted in place, seasonality, and a shared appreciation for the natural world.

With only one evening to experience this collaboration, this is a rare opportunity to gather around the table for something truly special.
